Managing Wellbeing in Chaotic (VUCA) Times – Sunshine Coast QGCA Twilight Event

Participants will:

• Reflect on their own wellbeing.
• Increase awareness of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) events and their impact.
• Increase understanding of evidence based strategies from positive psychology research, including the Wheel of Wellbeing resources, to create a personal wellbeing action plan and reflect on application of the information to a school setting.
• Participate in experiential learning and group discussions.

Parking: Note that attendees may access the multi-level car park located directly across the road from the RSL club.
