QGCA invites you to a Twilight PD with speaker Rachel Drew, Managing Partner Holding Redlich, followed by their Annual General Meeting, 5pm 22nd March 2024.

Rachel is a highly experienced workplace lawyer and is involved in advising on the legal aspects and practical implementation issues across the full scope of workplace relations. Her recent presentation at the APACS Conference in 2023 was one of the most popular and highly valued. She will be joined by Kevina O’Neill, Assistant Secretary, Services, Queensland Teachers’ Union.

Rachel’s practice involves employment and industrial relations issues, enterprise bargaining, workplace disputes, Federal Circuit Court and Fair Work Commission litigation, employee misconduct investigations, professional conduct standards and registration, business sponsorship and migration, defamation disputes, work health and safety, employment contract disputes, discrimination, managing discipline and dismissal, and transmission of business. Rachel has extensive industry experience in government, education, medical and allied health and construction and resources sectors. Rachel is a Certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Rachel will be speaking about record keeping practices as a guidance officer/counsellor and will be able to answer questions following her presentation.
