Building leadership in Student Wellbeing and Mental Health
Our first speaker is one of our colleagues, Ros Green, Guidance Officer at Belmont State School. Ros will be talking about the journey at her currernt school in building her leadership in the school’s response to student wellbeing and mental health providing ideas and an approach that has built the profile of the Guidance service in the school community.
Ros brings her 21 years of experience as a Guidance Officer in state schools in Queensland to this conversation and is looking forward to sharing her journey and engaging with colleagues who are interested in promoting the effectiveness of Guidance role in this critical aspect of school life and culture. AGM – meeting will commence at 5:30 and finish at 6:15. Please come along and join with colleagues who share an interest and drive to support and promote the work of Guidance practitioners in all schools in Queensland.
